Does the brain make up its perception of time and reality?
From some ancient spiritual teachings, the concept of time is often described as how consciousness views itself and such encounter creates the movement of time. However from the scientific perspective, we still have no clear idea what the concept of time is, why it appears to exist and how it can relate to our perception of reality.
What we often think as 'Reality' is merely made up of our subjective distorted idea of our internal time and our conjured up constructed memories. From our emergent scientific understanding and similarly from our wise ancient sages, we often hear that there is no such thing as the absolute reality but only what we individually believe as our version of the truth.
